About Me

My name is Gemma and I am an integrative humanistic psychotherapist with a deep passion for supporting individuals on their journey toward self-discovery and healing. My approach is rooted in the belief that true well-being comes from understanding the intricate connection between the mind and body. By blending elements of integrative psychotherapy with humanistic principles, I create a compassionate and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. My work is guided by the understanding that every person has the capacity for growth and transformation. I strive to empower my clients to reconnect with their inner resilience and achieve greater balance and harmony in their lives.

A Little More About Me

My journey to becoming a psychotherapist is rooted in my journey, I have experienced the benefits of therapy and it had a positive impact on my life.  I am also a qualified Yoga and Meditation teacher and I believe that integrating evidence-based psychotherapy with the wisdom of Yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork can help support emotional well-being and self-discovery.
